did you actually get those pictures?! Those are AWSOME! We watched for a little while...then the kids lost interest....isn't there anyway we can speed those things up? ;) Just kidding!

Yes, Joel set up the tri-pod and actually took about 135 pictures as the moon moved across the sky. Noah lost interest here and there but would get excited again when he saw the changes. He also got a lesson in constellations since the sky was so clear. It was cold outside but we wanted to make sure and watch since it won't happen again until 2011.

Yeah, it was cool! I think I was more excited than Trevor though. We set up the telescope that he got from Grandpa Ron so you could see it "up close". Trevor spent all of about 2 minutes looking at it and then just spent the rest of the time chasing his cat around outside!
